United Nations, 22 march 2010 - The General Assembly through the adoption of its resolution 64/198, invited the President of the General Assembly to convene a High-Level Interactive Dialogue (HLID) of the sixty-fourth session of the General Assembly in New York on 22 March 2010, World Water Day, on the implementation of the International Decade for Action "Water for Life".

During a press conference at UN Headquarters, Jan Eliasson, President of the 60th Session of the United Nations General Assembly and Former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Sweden is presenting the impact of Water on the Millennium Development Goals.
